Our subscription-based Mental Competency Assessment and Training (MCAT) Program allows other agencies to utilize our competency training materials to utilize within their own training program.
We provide a variety of clinical and forensic psychological assessments for clients and agencies.
Psychwest, Clinical & Forensic Psychology, Inc. is committed to providing exceptional clinical and forensic services, specializing in competency training for those deemed incompetent to stand trial and clinical and forensic psychological assessments!
Our Mental Competency Assessment and Training (MCAT) Program was established in 2007. Clients who have been found to be incompetent to stand trial and are ordered to receive competency training by the courts, can participate in our comprehensive 4-phase competency program. We provide both community-based (provide services to the client in their environment- correctional facility, home, group home, other community setting) and remote electronic training services to juveniles and adults. This program equips individuals with the necessary skills to participate in their judicial process.
