Expert Witness Consultation

Expert Witness Consultation services are available. Expert Witness services may include evaluating documents and participants involved in the case and providing expert testimony to the courts. This service does not include strategy development and all evaluations are impartial.

Expert Witness Cross Examination Consultation is available to assist attorneys in developing strategies/ tactics to professionally challenge and defend expert testimony and reports as it relates to psychiatric and psychological evaluations. Psychologist findings are examined in detail, questions are devised and consultation is given to the attorney to assist in the case. The case is reviewed in detail and compared with expert findings.

Other services may include strategy development in the case.
